The search for constant improvement in quality, environment and safety
Over the years PAVONI ITALIA® has built up a good reputation on the market due to its correctness and transparency in business management. Its reputation is now even stronger thanks to ISO 9001:2015 certification. In fact, PAVONI ITALIA® is one of very first Italian companies in its sector to reach this certified Quality Management System, with one year in advance.
By choosing to place its focus on the growth and enhancement of its company assets via a customer-oriented approach and the fulfilment of customer requirements, PAVONI ITALIA® has obtained in 2017 its Quality Management System certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard from TUV Rheinland, a German certifying body acknowledged internationally. Each company process included in the System is validated by regular supervision audits conducted by the certifying body - guaranteeing a certified workflow throughout the production process.
Since 2009, TUV Rheinland has always supported PAVONI ITALIA® in its operations to the full satisfaction of both parties, to the point that the Italian company has become one of the most successful certified manufacturers in the food-grade silicone industry.
The Certifying Supervisory Body therefore vouches for Pavoni Italia S.p.A.’s Company Organisation System Quality for buyers and customers. The Company believes in Total Quality - based on the Guide-Lines of ISO organisational standards and on warehouse dynamics, applying Lean Production logics and ensuring compliance with the regulatory standards applicable to the industry.
The monitoring of processes and tests and permanent training of human resources are valuable tools to enhance the added value not just of finished products, but above all of customer service through the continuous improvement of company performance.
The Company’s Operating System has been acknowledged as compliant with G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practices applicable to food-safe packaging) as the EC Reg. 2023/2006. Certified quality suppliers, raw materials, storage, and workplace health and safety are necessary preconditions to create end products fully compliant with food safety prescriptions. Department-specific Operating Instructions, chemical, physical and biological contaminant control, strict health and safety rules applicable to employees, equipment and the working environment are as many efficient Guide-Lines to obtain finished products up to the applicable EC rules currently in force (EC Reg. 1935/2004 and EC Reg. 10/2011).
Compliance with these standards allows the most demanding certification requirements to be fulfilled. The company’s planned internationalization involving the main world markets has recently made it necessary to apply for the FDA registration, specifically granted for the US market by the FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.
