In recent years these impressive attributes have also spawned other important collaborations which are another feather in the company's cap.

Approximately two years ago PAVONI ITALIA® set up a new company based in New York, with a warehouse and logistics hub in New Jersey. Through this set-up, the Suisio-based firm endeavors to win over the U.S. market with the same attention to customer requirements that it has always shown.

The company also uses its American base to forge even closer ties with Eataly NY: indeed, the New York store regularly hosts various initiatives that actively involve PAVONI ITALIA®, often attended by the owner: Italian cookery courses, meetings with award-winning chefs and seasonal promotions strengthen the relationship with customers, creating new opportunities to meet and exchange ideas.
