Daniel Roos is a renowned Swedish pastry chef.

He worked at the Opera Kantine and Jonas restaurant in Stockholm, he has been the pastry chef in charge of the Swedish national team of cooks.

Today Daniel runs the K brand in Stockholm with several stores.

He made the dessert for the Crown Princess's wedding and has been responsible for the dessert at the Nobel Prize winners gala dinner since 2014!
