Joakim Prat, executive pastry chef at the pastry shop Maitre Choux began his career at only 16 years. 

His resume boasts experiences in some of the best restaurants in the world.

Recognized as one of the best pastry chefs in England, he received the gold medal for the best dessert of the year 2014.

At the age of 29, Joakim was chief pastry chef of 9 Michelin stars.
