Luca Arguelles, Portuguese, is a young professional pastry chef with 16 years of experience in hospitality business all around the world. He starts his education attending to a professional hospitality school, and then he decides to focus on the haute cuisine of Luxury Hotel and Resort, working for the FourSeasons Landaa Giraavaru (Maldives), the Ritz-Carlton, Sintra (Portugual) and the ForteVillage Resort, Sardinia (Italy). His thirst for knowledge and curiosity about the new pastry trends bring him to attend one of the most famous pastry school in the world " The Cooking School of Alain Ducasse", France. For the same reasons, Luca partecipates as a judge on the TV Programme "The Best Bakery - Portugual", a format that travels the country to find out the best bakery. After the opening of the Bellavista Hotel & Spa in Portimão and the Epic Sana Algarve Resort in Albufeira, Luca decides to focus on his family business in Arroches, mixing modern and traditional pastry.
