Having graduated from École Grégoire Ferrandi in 2012 and trained under the world renowned Cédric Grolet of the Hôtel Le Meurice in Paris at the tender age of 21, Natalie Eng is one of the most promising young pastry chef in Singapore who is loved and followed by the food-loving Singaporean audience for her beautiful, seasonal-driven and refined creations. As a professional private chef, she collaborates with local designers and caters to luxury brands such a CHANEL, BMW and Van Cleef & Arpels with customized desserts that are specific to and a reflection of the brand’s image and philosophy. She has held positions as Sous Chef at local restaurants in Singapore and has also been given the opportunity to work abroad with other professionals of their own fields such as Neighbor Bakehouse in San Francisco, CA. Natalie Eng’s quality creations are unique to each luxury brand, many of which are realized using Pavoni Italia moulds which adds finesse to the finished product.
