Per il gin

unire tutti gli ingredienti assieme in un bicchiere freddo e amalgamare il tutto.

Per il ghiaccio

Dividere i due centrifugati negli stampi e far congelare.

Per la finitura

Disporre i centrifugati nei bicchieri, poi il timo ed in fine le cannucce di pasta.
