One of America's top ten pastry chefs, recognised worldwide for his interpretative skills and passionate imagination in his creations. With Pavoni Italia he collaborates to the creation of moulds for monoportions, cakes and pralines.

A new project has been added to the long-lasting collaboration between Pavoni Italia and the multi-awarded pastry chef Antonio Bachour: 40time moulds for medium portion, to be used for tea time, pastry, buffets, weddings and more.

The art of praline. Bonbons is a line of praline moulds, fruit of the imagination of Antonio Bachour and the design of Pavoni Italia. Soft, playful lines with a note of pop: a fresh twist to be interpreted in twenty-one inimitable creations.
