Pralines find a new interpretation with pastry chef Ramon Morató, Barry Callebaut's world research and development director, who collaborating with Pavoni Italia proposes three moulds for cubic pralines in three different sizes. Says the chef: "I thought a lot about the mould I wanted to create with Pavoni Italia and then I dreamed of working on a simple shape: the cube, an open door to creativity".
