Production and Quality 

The production department of containers operates on a continuous cycle which focuses on the quality of the products. Using certified raw materials, in an environment where specific ISO management procedures and Lean Production processes co-exist, allowing the production personnel to operate under conditions of Total Quality.

The quality treatment of the product, its validation and the reduction of the set-up and mould/version change times are only some of the main operating methods that guarantee a flexible production cycle capable of meeting any type of personalisation requested by the customer. The production flow is based on optimising the planning process, which follows special Lean Production Guidelines to create the final products within extremely competitive times without sacrificing the final quality.
