Cookmatic is provided with two cooking plates: an upper and a lower.

All are made of non-stick material.

Choose from the pairs of plates available for the type of tartlet you want.

You can change them out whenever you want in just a few simple steps.

Plate dimension: 380 mm x 330 mm

Plate weight: 11 Kg (variable depending on the plate)

Tartlet dimension: ø upper 55 mm, DIM.ø bottom 35 mm, H 16 mm.

Festooned 25 tarte indents, border thickeness 3,5 mm, bottom thickeness 4 mm.
