How can you use the mould? With every type of creamy product, like hazelnut or pistachio cream, with a fruit glée or even directly with gelato, to create a perfect moulding. Cool down in the blast chiller to pull the product out of the mould. Decorate the top witha delicate velvet effect, a glaze or just leave it natural.
